Return Policy, Exchanges and Returns

At Desert Bella Candles, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. We do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns unless product(s) arrive defective or damaged. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within three (3) days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if the incorrect item is received.
